Operation Rolling Thunder
By idiacw, on June 30th, 2010
Today the judgement was given in the high court the judge granted a possesion order and injunction denying many of our European rights,Ancient rights and also radically changing common law allowing someone who was not the owner ,bomber boris johnson and the GLA to apply for possesion

There is NO JUSTICE, JUST US ,especially when the judge would not accept full expert witness from Chris Coverdale the foremost expert in the land on the laws of war.
Who was trying to explain these illegal wars for resources are breaking at least 6 International laws and treaties.Also that it is the duty of all concerned citizens to resist this illegal war for resources that has removed many of our civil Liberties.

The judgement was covered by much media increasing the debate about the war.
Following on from this UNJUST judgement activists and concerned citizens from the democracy village decided to take Non violent direct action around 5 pm.Launching Operation ‘Rolling Thunder’

Around 12 people crossed the road with peace banners and walked straight in through the main gates of Westminster, 2 bold citizens ran 100ft into the grassed area behind the gate and after a little run around were arrested for trespass.
The other 10 did a sit down protest with banners 20ft inside the gate which took a surprised police presence about 15 minutes to bundle out the side gate without arresting them.They then continued to block the smaller side gate and managed to turn away 2 official cars from the main gates.This blockade continued until 9.30 pm when police reluctantly arrested 4 more maybe for obstruction?.
This brought the total number arrested to around 29 over the last 8 weeks of constant action.
Direct action meetings have been held at 1pm at the camp each day and shall continue.

This brave action by some of the regular village crew helped to launch ‘Operation Rolling Thunder’
a mass call out to all Peace and activist groups to come on whatever day they can over the coming weeks and months and engage in imaginative non violent direct action and support of the Peoples assembly/Democracy Village.The first waves are tired and it is essential that many other groups take up the baton of resistance.

Come for a few hours or days whatever u or your group can do bring food and equipment for action,help on the welcome desk,do some tidying patrol or water the garden or if u up for it,bring a banner and climb high ring the media,bring your climbing gear,tools d-locks ,chains n locks,megaphones,cameras, blockade an entrance,picket a government department,make some noise,network and give out information.Become a relentless networker for Peace.
All are welcome old and new, many minds are with us, Now is the moment of Power,Reclaim the Power.
This is a call out to all Peace and active groups,this is the best opportunity the Peace/Anti War movement has had for the last 9 years.Take action Keep Networking Please forward to all your networks. Operation Rolling Thunder is GO

News Democracy Village 16 June at 11:47am 2010

Prince Elmo III 16 June at 11:47
At approximately 9:30 this morning an activist from the Democracy Village scaled one of the plinths outside Parliament with a sign reading "How can armed force create peace in the Middle East?". With the death toll of British forces approaching 300 and the number of Afghan civilians killed in the tens if not hundreds of thousands, it's time to end the war and bring our troops home. 77% of the British public wish to see an end to the senseless bloodshed.

The Democracy Village is a collective of campaigners and activists calling for an end to the war in Afghanistan and solutions to other global human rights and environmental issues. We have been occupying Parliament Square since the 1st of May and are in the middle of an eviction court case with the Greater London Authority.

Democracy Village are calling on, activists, campaigners, networkers, bloggers, film makers and photographers to join us on our campaign to make the world a safer place for everyone. Grab a tent, sleeping bag, paint, banner material and JOIN US!!

BLOX to the system, please create harmonic frequencies

Well there you have it, one can but try; Radfax attended court today 10.30am, 14th June 2010 to once again request the judge allow him to submit a statement and a skeleton defense on behalf of himself and persons unknown defending in the case of Boris Johnson V Democracy Village and persons unknown.
Alas the powers in sitting/residing for the Law, once again refused Radfax the right to submit and thereby defend his rights and that of other UK Citizens in the case of Boris Johnson Vs Democracy Village and Persons Uknown.
Please keep your eyes on the ball as they may be moving the Goal posts in order to make the game even more one sided than what it already is.
The outcome of the case;

Radfax tries to submit a statement to Boris Johnsons Lawyers for consideration as a named defendant

On 8th June Radfax tried to submit a statement to Boris Johnson's Lawyers for consideration as a named defendant in the case of The Mayor Vs Democracy Village and persons unknown, it reads as follows;

Dear Sir or Madam with reference to the case in which you are representing The Mayor and other party's, in Boris Johnson Vs Democracy Village and persons unknown.
Please find below my/our personal statement for submission in my/our defence, that being for my self Radfax and persons unknown", I also make this representation on behalf of the people of the UK.

I am an independent citizen of the UK acting on behalf of myself as an individual and as a representative on behalf of the people of the United Kingdom, and it is my sovereign right and the right of the people of this country to uphold the law and the rights of the people.
In this defence I/we wish to protect the rights of any and all individuals and there right/s to hold free assembly and peaceful protest/s and demonstration/s on Parliament Square London SW1 UK.
I/We contest that the mayor has no right to exclude anyone including the Queen from Parliament Square. We believe that the application for a possession is unjust and is in direct conflict with the interests of the people, country and Queen.

Further to this I/We add that it is our considered opinion that all defending individuals and parties named, and those unknown in the case of Boris Johnson Vs Democracy Village have the right to hold peaceful dialogue, demonstration and assembly on Parliament Square London SW1.
We feel, that in this case of Boris Johnson Vs Democracy Village and persons unknown, any order made by the court/s in favour of Boris Johnson gaining an injunction and or eviction of the named protestors and those unknown will potentially be an infringement of the peoples civil liberties and human rights and thereby be in breach of the rule of Law.

We would also like to bring to the defence of the people that they are upholding their sovereign right to uphold the law and the rights of the people.This is directly addressed with regard to the matters of; the Governments continued participation in illegal wars, included in this is the war in Afghanistan, the legitimacy of the present government coalition, and the rights of the people to call for a national referendum and a Constitution, made by the people for the people.

In my submission I call for Queen and country to uphold the rights of the people and the rule of Law

This is my/our submission and statement on behalf of myself, Radfax, persons unknown and concerned citizens of the UK.

Yours sincerely, Radfax

PS, Please respond with a confirmation Email, many thanks

Email received from Boris Johnson’s lawyers

Dear Radfax

You are not a named Defendant in the proceedings. You therefore cannot make any representations on behalf of yourself or "persons unknown".

If you are acting as a representative of any of the named defendants then let us know for whom you act and provide confirmation from those parties that (a) you act on their behalf and (b) you have their permission to make representations for them.

Radfax then replied to this as follows;

Dear Mr Hanson, thank you for your prompt response, after careful consideration, I again respectfully request that you acknowledge myself as a defendant. If the court papers appertain to persons unknown, then one of these unknown individuals can now be named as myself Radfax.
Once again I insist that it is my right as a UK citizen to stand in defence for my rights and that of the people.

Mr Hanson would still not recognise Radfax as a defendant as his reply clearly indicates;

Dear Radfax

I do believe my previous email makes the position clear as did the Judge yesterday in court.

I will not be responding further to your emails or correspondence.

Regards

Richard Hanson

Radfax attended court on Monday 11th June to find out the case had been adjourned. This meant that Radfax could submit a statement to the judge prior to the case, it reads as follows;

"You’re Honour, firstly it is not my intention to either hinder or obstruct the proceedings in the case of Boris Johnson Vs Democracy Village and persons unknown.
I merely wish to stand up for the rights of myself a UK Citizen and persons unknown.
Included in persons unknown are other UK citizens who, along with my self were in receipt of the notices served on Democracy Village, but due to circumstances beyond my/their control, I/We were not able attend to place our names on the list of defendants at the opening proceedings in Boris Johnson v Democracy Village and persons unknown.

I/we have visited Democracy village on a regular basis since the 1st of May 2010, and at times I/We have stayed/slept overnight. I/We would like to make a submission and a statement if your honour will allow.

With all due respect for the learned judge in sitting at the second pre-trial hearing on Monday 7th, June, who said that he would not allow my submission, but I beg his and your pardon and ask you to reconsider my request.
It is not with a troublesome manner that I make this request.
It is as a sovereign citizen of the UK accountable for upholding the law and the rights of the people.

Your Honour my self and others have enjoyed our experiences whilst interacting and being part of Democracy Village, it has proven to be both a rewarding insight and a very innovative progressive form of discussion and dialogue, and as a forum for open debate in Parliament Square it would seem fit for purpose. I/We would like our right to defend”

Radfax

Latest News Bindmans managed to get the case adjourned until Monday 14th June on the grounds that Democracy Village needed time to prepare their defence
Please show your support by coming to the High Court at 10.30 am on Monday June 14th.
Address: The Royal Courts of Justice, The Strand, London, England WC2A 2LL.

In the High Court on June 7th, Boris Johnson’s lawyers claimed the right to exclude from Parliament Square Gardens anyone he felt like, including the Queen. Questioning this, the judge ordered a full trial which will start at 10.30 am on June 14th. Witness history in the making! Be there

The right of an individual to defend the rights of the people

Today 7th June 2010, Democracy Village was in the high court to defend freedom and liberty, along with itself against efforts of Boris Johnson’s lawyers to serve them with an injunction and eviction from Parliament sq London SW1
Boris Johnson’s lawyers claimed in court today that the mayor has the right to exclude anyone including the Queen from Parliament Square. There are 16 named defendants, also listed are persons unknown (a rather ambiguous and far reaching statement)
Parliament square has laws dating back centuries that were put in place to allow people the right to gather and openly hold peaceful demonstration and gatherings
Along with the defendants for Democracy Village an individual known by the name of Radfax tried to make a submission and put himself forward as a defendant for the people of the UK and their rights, he addressed the judge as follows;
"Your Honour I wish to make my submission, I am an independent acting on behalf of the people of the United Kingdom, and it is my sovereign right and the right of the people of this country to uphold the law and the rights of the people.
In this defense we wish to protect the rights of any and all individuals and there right to hold peaceful demonstrations on parliament square. We believe that the application for a possession is not just and is in direct conflict with the interests of the people”

“The Judge replied saying that he did not recognise the people in this case and would not allow the submission”
To this Radfax replied; “With all due respect, I believe that this has everything to do with the people we are talking about the rights of all UK citizens and their rights to free demonstration at Parliament Sq, and civil liberty, I feel that to allow this to go on would be in direct opposition to the rights of the people”

The Judge still would not allow the submission.
The case continued with much divisive measure and shrewd intellect. Several times throughout the hearing Radfax addressed the Judge, appealing for his right as a UK citizen to defend his rights and that of the people, and each time the Judge refused to allow him to make his submission as a defendant on behalf of himself or for the people.

This is a worrying development as it sets out that a person, an individual, or a spokesperson on behalf of himself or an individual/s cannot make a submission in defense of his or her civil rights. Surely this is in conflict with their human rights

Today Boris Johnson’s lawyers who claimed in court today that the mayor has the right to exclude anyone including the Queen from Parliament Square. The judge disagreed. There will be a full trial starting Friday 11th June 2010.
Please come down and show your support for Democracy Village and all peaceful protests anywhere.
